Heritkey is an app in development. This policy covers this website and our waitlist. When the app launches, it will come with its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your email address, your answers to two optional questions, which button you clicked (for example a pricing button), and the campaign tags in the link that brought you here (for example the name of an ad).
- When you visit: anonymous visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across websites.
We don't ask for your name, phone number or address.
Why we collect it
- To email you about Heritkey's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist.
- To understand which features and prices interest people, so we build the right product. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, using the minimum data needed.
Who handles it for us
- Tally (tally.so, a Belgian company) runs the waitlist form and stores your answers. It may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the form and prevent spam.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the cookie-free visit counts.
We never sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers on this website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. If you open the waitlist form, Tally may use cookies or similar storage needed to make the form work.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Heritkey launches, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To exercise these rights, write to support@heritkey.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
